Turkish manufacturer Asas Aluminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (ASAS) has ordered a continuous homogenizing plant. The electrically heated continuous furnace consumes 210 kWh/t of aluminum.
The scope of supply includes a helical ultrasonic inspection station, homogenizing facility, cooling system and turbo cooler as well as a sawing and packing station. The design production is 80000 t/a.
