The city of Udine in the North- East of Italy brings to mind the importance of the material steel in an art project: semi-products from the steelmakers are exhibited downtown, unprotectedly, lively, as-shaped and "open air". Coiled wire, e.g., is the cornerstone of a bank, book and fashion shops, and of the crossways of roads and pedestrian zone.
