STEEL GRIPS and all other publishing activity of GRIPS media GmbH, Bad Harzburg, was taken over by GRIPS Intermedia GmbH located in Wuppertal/Germany.
The newly founded publishing house is a subsidiary to IMP Intermedia Partners GmbH, Wuppertal.
Uwe Riemeyer acts as CEO of GRIPS Intermedia GmbH.
All editorial issues are continued by Dipl.-Ing. Kerstin Garbracht and her GRIPS office, which moved house to Düsseldorf/Germany.
