ThyssenKrupp Bausysteme GmbH, Germany, disposed of insulated door plant

ThyssenKrupp Bausysteme GmbH sold its manufacturing plant for insulated doors in Pansdorf, Schleswig-Holstein, effective February 1, 2010. The plant mainly produces hinged and sliding doors for cold and freezer rooms as well as numerous custom fabrications. The purchaser is a newly formed company, the sole proprietor and managing director of which is the previous plant manager of the Pansdorf site.
The production line for flashings at the same site is not part of the deal but will be relocated to the manufacturing plant of ThyssenKrupp Bausysteme GmbH in Oldenburg.
