Effective of Feburary 10, 2011, Dr. Karlheinz Blessing (53) was nominated Chief Executive Officer and
member of the Board of Management of Dillinger Hütte, Germany. For a 5-year period, this was decided by the Supervisory Boards of Aktien-Gesellschaft der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger Hütte) and the holding DHS – Dillinger Hütte Saarstahl AG.
He thus succeeds Dr. Paul Belche (58), who resigned, and will be responsible for the commercial division (Sales) within Dillinger Hütte’s Board of Management.
